Firefox 55 is adding support for VR today

Google chrome and microsoft Edge has added VR support earlier this year. VR in web-browsers , also known as webVR makes it possible to experience VR in your browser. Today , Mozilla is going to roll out Firefox - 55 with included VR for its Windows Versions.

You will be able to experience WebVR on Firefox if you have an HTC Vive or Oculus Rift headset. With chrome, you can access VR on the HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, Google Daydream and Google cardboard.

Firefox is also releasing one new tool called “Screenshots” in beta mode. Using “Screenshot”, you can easily save any portion of your screen or the full webpage and save them to cloud. It will be helpful if you want to share any web page screenshot with other peoples. By default, one screenshot will be saved for two weeks on cloud, but you can change it to last more longer. “Screenshot” feature is going to roll out gradually , so not all users will get this feature today.
